Marketing Director

Finding Freedom Ranch is seeking a reliable and creative Marketing Director to support our communications, outreach, and brand presence. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who is organized, self-directed, and passionate about faith-based work and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain the organization’s website (Wix platform)
Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms
Develop and manage a consistent content calendar
Assist with planning and promoting events
Communicate external events, partnerships, and collaborations
Attend and contribute to board and committee meetings as needed
Create and send email marketing campaigns
Design and order branded merchandise
Write and distribute quarterly newsletter
Ensure all content and materials adhere to established brand standards
Photo/video coverage of events
Create marketing materials as needed

Qualifications:
Experience with Wix website management
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Strong written communication skills
Experience with email marketing tools 
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Comfortable working in a faith-based environment (required)

Preferred Skills:
Graphic design and visual branding experience
Event promotion and coordination experience
Understanding of branding and audience engagement

Compensation:
Contract position; hourly rate based on experience
